Important Shipping Information

  • All orders are normally picked and packed within 1-3 working days and orders are normally sent via Royal mail or UKmail.
  • Orders over 30KG to UK Highlands or Islands, or Outside of the UK will have extra charges, if this is the case with your order we will contact you with the price and you may either pay the extra or cancel the order.
  • Ordering online also means you will be emailed tracking details as the order is dispatched (if delivery method selected by the customer in checkout provides tracking).
  • For UKMail or Tracked Royal mail, If the delivery agent have tried to deliver to you and no one was in to sign for the parcel, they should of left you a card, so you can call them to rearrange delivery, you will need to call them asap on the number left on the card to arrange another day for delivery before the items get returned to us and then this incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge applicable to your order being sent. Should you wish us to rearrange delivery again, this will incur a further delivery charge equivalent to that of the original delivery charge. If you are not happy to pay the redelivery costs you will be refunded minus all delivery costs.
  • We do our best to keep stock of all of the parts we sell, but sometimes this is not possible, if that is the case we will first try and substitue the product with a equal or greater quality part.  If that is not possible within 5 working days of your order, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.
